What does forever/permanent jewelry mean?We will weld on a custom fit bracelet around your wrist, ankle or neck. It does not require a clasp due to the chain being welded together and therefore it will "permanently" stay on or until you decide to remove it.

What do I do if I need to remove the permanent jewelry?Should you choose to remove your permanent jewelry, you can easily remove it at home by cutting where the welded ring is located. Simply contact us to schedule your repair appointment.

What if my permanent jewelry breaks or falls off?Life happens! We are here to help the best we can. If the item is removed or breaks within the 60 day satisfaction guarantee policy we will reattach or replace lost items free of charge. Simply contact us to schedule your repair appointment. For pieces outside of the 60 day policy, if the item is still in your possession, contact us for a re-welding appointment.

Can I put my bracelet in water? (sweat, showers, pools, ocean)Yes, our product is absolutely ok to be submerged in water or come in contact with lotions, sunscreens, etc. As long as our pieces are well cared for, they can last a lifetime.

What if i'm not ready to commit to a permanent jewelry piece?That's okay! We can add a clasp to your custom fitted chain so you can easily remove it.
